Word grammar provides you with complete mondai exercises of 50 Minna no Nihongo lessons accompanied with the detail explanation for each lesson. The book set is suitable for foreigners beginning to study Japanese. So, what you guys think? It would help me a lot hearing your honest opinion about which book should I choose.Minna No Nihongo book set includes mondai exercises. I have experience with Minna no Nihongo Shuukyu I + II I don't care much for speaking, at least for now. However, it worries me that I hardly see anyone talking or recommending these books. If I buy Minna no Nihongo Chuukyu, I am going to get the translations on my language. Being able to self sufficient with the textbook is very important. Minna no Nihongo Chuukyu seems to be even more class oriented than MNH Shuukyu and I am self-learning. I remember that when I used Tae Kim Guide before there were a lot of points that I didn't get or were blurry because of the language barrier. I can still push myself to understand, it's just a lot harder for me since I never really learned English grammar. Sometimes English terms and concepts in grammar get me very confused. I wanted to hear your opinion on this considering that: I'm about to buy some new Japanese textbooks in the next month but I am unsure if I should get Minna no Nihongo Chuukyu I + II or Tobira for the Intermediate level.
